LENGTH OF PAPER:

The paper should be no longer than 10 pages in length including charts, figures, graphics and references.

 

PAPER FORMAT - Sections of the paper should appear in the following order:

1. Title part including Paper Title, Author Names, Affiliations, Abstract

2. Text material including tables, charts, and photographs appropriately positioned

3. References

 

REFERENCE FORMAT - The following sample format is recommended for references:

Last name, First name initials (ed.) year. Book title. City: Publisher.

Last name, First name initials year. Title of article. Title of Journal (series number if necessary) volume number (issue number if necessary): page numbers.

PAGE FORMAT:

FONTS: Times New Roman 18 for Title, 14 for Author Names, 12 for Text and Headings.

JUSTIFICATION: Papers should be fully justified if possible and single spaced.

HEADINGS: Title should be centered. All other headings should be aligned to the left.

COLUMNS: DO NOT use columns, or boxes around text.

CASE: Be sure to use upper AND lower case letters.

FORMAT: Sample pages in proper format are shown at the end of this instruction packet.

PROCEEDINGS:

Only completed papers, submitted on time and presented in the appropriate format will be published in the Proceedings.

Authors will receive one Proceeding per paper with paid conference registration.
